What is actually here

Every MDCAT paper we could source, from 2008 onward, transcribed question by question — 8,253 MDCAT questions across 16 dated papers, mock tests and practice banks. Full-length mocks on a real clock. An expert explanation on every question, and a syllabus broken down to the topic.

Two years are missing on purpose. The 2020 and 2021 MDCAT was run by PMC rather than UHS, and we could not find a complete, reliable copy of either paper — so we do not publish a guessed version. The same rule applies inside a paper: where a question cannot be resolved, it is switched off and the paper says so.

Where the questions come from

The past papers are the examining boards' own papers, transcribed from scans. The explanations, the topic tagging and the mock tests are ours. Nothing here is an official product of UHS, PMDC or LUMS, and none of them endorse this site.

What “verified” means

Every answer is checked against the official key published for that paper — and then checked against the subject. Those two do not always agree. When they disagree we mark the answer the science supports and say so on the question itself, rather than passing on an error because it was printed. The full policy is here.

That work is ongoing, and the per-paper counts on the archive are the real numbers, not a target. If you find something wrong, there is a report link under every question on the review screen — those go straight into a queue we read.

What it costs

Nothing. Every paper, every mock and every explanation is free to use, and there is no plan on sale. You can start a paper without an account at all; an account only exists so your attempts and progress are still there tomorrow.
