COMSATS Eligibility Criteria 2027 for BS Programmes
Who can apply to COMSATS, and with how many marks? Here are the minimum requirements for CS, engineering, Pharm-D, BBA and more, taken from the official admissions portal.

Most COMSATS BS programmes need at least 50% in Intermediate. Engineering needs 60% plus at least 33% in the NTS test. Pharm-D needs 60% in pre-medical.

Every programme also needs a valid NTS test score.
Computer Science and related programmes
You need 50% in Intermediate with Mathematics. COMSATS's criteria also accept 50% in Pre-Medical for CS, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science and Cyber Security.
If you're from pre-medical, ask the department whether you'll need extra maths courses in your first year.
Engineering programmes
You need 60% in one of these:
- Pre-Engineering (Physics, Chemistry, Maths)
- ICS with Physics and Maths
- DAE in a relevant field
You also need at least 33% in the NTS test, which is a PEC rule. If you studied ICS, you'll take Chemistry as a remedial course in your first semester.
COMSATS also runs a separate portal for pre-medical students applying to engineering (premed-admissions.comsats.edu.pk). Check it if that's you.
Pharm-D and life sciences
Pharm-D needs 60% in Pre-Medical. Biosciences needs 50% in Pre-Medical. Biotechnology takes any science group with 50%.
Architecture and design
Architecture needs 60% and a departmental Creative Aptitude Test. The interview and the test make up most of the merit there, not the NTS.
Meeting the minimum isn't enough
