COMSATS doesn't set its own entry test. It uses the NTS NAT: 90 MCQs in 120 minutes, split into English, Analytical, Quantitative and your subject group.
The NAT is worth 50% of your COMSATS aggregate, so it's the most important part of your application.
Quick answer
- Questions: 90 MCQs
- Time: 120 minutes
- Sections: English 20, Analytical 20, Quantitative 20, Subject 30
- Which paper: depends on your Intermediate group
Which NAT do you take?

How to prepare in 6 weeks
- Week 1: Sit one full paper. Don't study first. Find out where you stand.
- Weeks 2-3: Fix your weakest section. For most students that's Analytical. The puzzles are easy once you draw them out.
- Week 4: Revise your subject section. Stick to FSc-level concepts and short numericals.
- Weeks 5-6: One timed mock every two or three days. Check every wrong answer.
Timing tips
- 120 minutes for 90 questions is about 80 seconds each.
- Do English and your subject section first. They're usually quicker.
- Don't spend more than two minutes on one puzzle. Mark it and come back.
- Read the instructions on your NTS paper on test day, including any rule on wrong answers.
